MarketSmart (later MSA) was an up-and-coming Raleigh ad agency that had just been
named one of the Triangle's Fast 50. But the agency knew very little about the web—and
a new client needed serious interactive services. So we were asked to help them
find a web developer with the right skill set to help MSA move into online marketing.
Solution
We suggested an alternative: a strategic partnership combining MSA's brand-building
expertise with our web prowess. Five years and a dozen projects later, the alliance
is still going strong. MSA has become a credible player in the interactive realm.

assessment and body-mass calculator. We’ve conducted analyses of the web sites of
our clients' competitors, and usability studies to better engineer the sites we
