MarketSmart (later MSA) was an up-and-coming Raleigh ad agency that had just been named one of the Triangle's Fast 50. But the agency knew very little about the web—and a new client needed serious interactive services. So we were asked to help them find a web developer with the right skill set to help MSA move into online marketing.
